They said they would get the part and be back that night. They came back and completed the repair that night. After calling the gas company who said they don’t do that and contacting home depot again, they decided to send out licensed technicians this time. A kind man and woman came out. They knew what they were doing, reassured me everything would be fine. The man shared in my excitement at seeing the new appliances go in. They tested them before leaving and everything, communication was great. The were professional, quick, efficient and pleasant to work with. Best of all, they did their job and did it well!
